A city centre has been put “on lockdown” after a suspected stabbing.
Residents in St Albans in Hertfordshire have reported seeing “police everywhere” following the incident, which is believed to be a knife attack in the city centre.
One person said: “Reports of a knife attack in St Albans City centre. Close to CEX store, police everywhere.”
Offices have reportedly shut with no one allowed in or out.
