An airport has been plunged into chaos with passengers claiming they are stood waiting for 90 minutes due to an “error” involving easyJet.
Bristol Airport is said to be crowded with long queues today (September 5) due to the no-frills airline’s self-service kiosks reportedly being out of action.
The incident is causing long delays, with some people left waiting nearly two hours for their luggage to arrive. According to BristolLive, one passenger said they had been left like “zombies”.
One person said: “All @easyJet passengers seem to be facing same problem. At least someone could tell us what’s going on – last announcement 40 mins ago said luggage is in the plane and coming shortly???”.
It is currently not yet known whether or not this incident is widespread.
